The short version

We only collect what we need to run your account and respond to your inquiries. We never sell your information, and we don’t run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with NXTGear Digital, we may collect:

• Contact details you send us — if you email us through a “Get Started” link, we receive whatever you include in that email (name, email address, and message).
• Account information — if you create an account, we store your name, business name, email address, and credit balance so you can log in and check your plan.
• Credit top-up requests — if you request additional credits from your account, we store the amount requested and any note you add, so we can follow up with you.

We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we don’t run third-party analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to communicate with you, manage your account and credit balance, and deliver the services you’ve requested. We don’t use your information for anything beyond running your account and responding to you.

How we store it

Account information is stored with Supabase, a secure database provider, and protected by access rules so that only you can view your own account data. We don’t store payment card details anywhere on this site — payment is arranged directly with you, outside the website.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site (like our hosting and database provider), and only to the extent needed to provide that service.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your account information at any time by emailing hello@nxtgeardigital.ca. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
